This can happen for various reasons, and it’s difficult to pinpoint a specific cause, as these issues usually stem from some restriction or bug within Meta during the account integration. But don’t worry, we have a golden tip that solves this problem 100% of the time:
To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
- Add a new administrator to your Facebook Business Manager.
- This administrator should be using a different IP address and computer from yours.
- Provide the ReplyAgent account username and password to this person, or add them as a new Agent in your Business Manager.
- Ask this new administrator to log into your ReplyAgent account and complete the integration process for you. They will be able to do it without any problems—it works 100% of the time.
We understand that this process may be a bit complex, but it's important to note that this is not an issue with ReplyAgent, but rather with your Facebook Business Manager account. The integration process of your account with ReplyAgent is fully managed by Meta/Facebook, not by ReplyAgent.
