What are the supported messagestypes?

ReplyAgent supports the following message types when using the Evolution API:
- Text
- Audio
- Video
- Document
- Images
- Templates
Message types that are not supported:
- Sticker
- Contacts
- Poll
If a contact sends an unsupported message type to your number connected to ReplyAgent via the Evolution API, the message will be ignored and not processed by our system. Consequently, it will not be displayed in the Live Chat.
